His unique knowledge, contacts, and experience work together to help him find the best solution for his clients. Matt runs a successful General Contracting business and is a licensed contractor. He is experienced with rehabbing residential homes for purchase or rent to own, acquisitions and sales of residential and commercial investment property, and managing large scale commercial projects. His investment company, Sell Fast With Us, is a fully-automated machine that sends out thousands of pieces of direct mail.

Owner

Both owners have had general contracting licenses for over 25 years. We began negotiating short sales for homeowners in distress going through foreclosure in 2010. We realized that our strength for helping others in hardship worked perfectly with being able to rehab these houses to become the most recognized house flippers in SE Wisconsin.

Kasey Hedstrom

Lead Manager

Kasey has been working in real estate for 7 years. She was a real estate agent at first and now strictly helps lead the team at SoPro to assist clients in housing needs. She comes from a large family of 5 siblings and 3 nieces and nephews. She was born in Minnesota, grew up in Wisconsin, moved to Chicago for a few years, and now lives in Georgia. She enjoys hiking with friends and traveling.

Sydney Hedstrom

Acquisitions

Sydney’s primary role is the acquisition of new homes by working directly with clients. She also works in executing marketing campaigns.
She is a part of an incredible God-fearing family of 8. In her free time, she loves to travel the world and spread the Gospel, spend time with family and friends, read and study the Bible, watch movies and do puzzles, plus anything that involves being outside, or even finding a creative project to try and tackle.

Jayson Ramos

Virtual Assistant For Lead Generation

Jayson is one of the four virtual assistants working in SoPro. His main focus is lead generation. He pulls new leads every day and puts them into the CRM system and skip traces the leads for the acquisition team.
He is an aquarist. He’s in love with trying to replicate natural bodies of water inside his home. He see aquariums as a lens to nature and its beauty. His version of fun is having a nice dinner in front of his aquariums, which is according to him is as relaxing as it can be!

Bernice Punsalan

Virtual Assistant For Operations

Bernice carries out various jobs and roles at SoPro. Administrative, marketing, acquisition, and design work are among the responsibilities she holds at SoPro as one of the four virtual assistants.
She has a deep passion for the arts and visual learning. She finds solace and inspiration in moments of contemplation. She is part of a family of six, bonded by Christ.

Mark Milos

Listing Coordinator

As the Listing Coordinator for SoPro, Mark ensures each transaction runs smoothly, while providing the guidance to handle all the nuances that make each real estate transaction unique.
Mark appreciates and loves the understanding and support that his wife, Christina, and son, Matthew, provide him. In their down time, the Milos Family loves to travel, play sports and spend time together making lasting memories!

Kim Smith

Office Manager

Kim performs bookkeeper duties all internal operations to make SoPro run efficiently. Kim runs the entire backend of all property acquisitions and flips.
She is married to Garret and has 2 boys, ages 21 and 17. She enjoys crafting, playing games, puzzles, vacations to warm places, studying God’s word, volunteering, and hanging out with friends.

Barb Rohlman

Barb is experienced in title, mortgage banking, and underwriting. With over 32 years of experience in the Title Insurance arena along with 6 years of experience in Loss Mitigation Underwriting and Foreclosure Prevention. She has a strong background as a quality analyst for loss mitigation, title researcher, and processing/conducting real estate closings. Barb has successfully opened and managed several satellite offices for title operations throughout the State of Wisconsin.
She enjoys time with her large family and two grandsons. She loves to travel, camping up north, boating, and snowmobiling.
